While she's made a name for herself an artist on her own in Sweden, Agnetha Faltskog will always be remembered as the 'ABBA' member, one of the most famous and well-known rock bands of all time. She quit school to pursue music when she was 15, and was soon gaining the attention of. Enghardt landed her a recording contract. She soon reached the high end of the Swedish charts with her first single. After getting engaged, she became married to Bjorn Ulvaeus. They was a part of the group the group 'ABBA'. ABBA continued to become one of the most popular group of pop in the world for the next 8 years. They won numerous awards that included gold and platinum, all over the world. After ABBA she released three albums - 'Wrap Your Arms Around Me', Eyes of a Woman', as well as I Stand Alone'. All three were hugely successful in Sweden. They also became popular across Europe. They did not make a huge impact in the United States. ABBA music was the inspiration for the jukebox musical Mamma Mia!.
